This panel analyzes genes associated primarily with adult-onset, non-syndromic hereditary cancer predispositionacross multiple major organ systems. The conditions evaluated may include hereditary cancer risks involving, but not limited to:

Hereditary cancers can have significant genetic heterogeneity, meaning that similar cancer types or clinical presentations may be associated with changes in different genes.
